It is a bright, airy and spacious apartment with spectacular views of the core village. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan dining area and living room with a flat screen TV and WIFI service. The bathroom consists of a shower and the washing machine is located with the bedroom terrace. The 2nd terrace is combined with the kitchen with sunbeds available. This modern penthouse is located in the heart of Mellieha Village close to all amenities including shops, convenience stores, bus stops and restaurants. The penthouse is situated 2km from Ghadira Bay and Popeye Village. Also located 6km from the Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal.
