This charming and cozy top-floor studio apartment offers breathtaking sea views and a comfortable living space, ideal for couples or solo travelers. Located in an idyllic setting, the apartment provides a peaceful and picturesque environment while remaining close to all local amenities. The apartment features a private roof terrace with a hot tub, sunbeds, and a BBQ - perfect for relaxing while enjoying the stunning surroundings. Please note, the roof terrace is located one floor above the studio and is accessible via the common stairs. For your privacy and the safety of others, the terrace door in the common area should remain locked when not in use. The lift stops at the studio level. Inside, the 32-square-meter studio includes a comfortable double bed for a restful night’s sleep and a well-equipped bathroom with all essential amenities. It also has a compact yet functional kitchenette, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. The apartment is surrounded by a variety of dining options, offering both convenience and choice for your meals. Water and electricity are included in the rental price within specified limits (0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week and 150 kWh of electricity per apartment per week), usually sufficient for a comfortable stay. Any usage beyond these limits will be charged separately. For stays of 28 nights or more, water and electricity are not included in the rental price. Close by there is also the Malta National Aquarium, many nice Lidos, Beach Clubs, Bugibba Jetty (where you can take day cruises to the Blue Lagoon and Comino), takeaways, Al fresco restaurants, etc. For the kids, there is a playing area by the Aquarium and also an aquatic play area (open in Summer only). Bugibba is a touristic destination, has many nice rocky beaches and also a perched sandy beach and it is close to all the major Sandy beaches. St Paul's Bay is on the main bus routes that connect the North to the South.
