Part of a three-storey building with one apartment on the ground floor and two each on the first and second floor, any rental is easy to access with a lift that serves all three floors of the property. - Guests have to walk 15/20 minutes to go to the bus stop, Supermarket, restaurants and the sea. - We don’t have public water access in the street here. Water pressure comes from the roof, with balloons. Sometimes pressure is low if several people are taking showers at the same time. - A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be paid on the spot for groups under 21. Please note - Please note: Each apartment has 3 air-conditioning units. An additional charge of EUR 1.5 to EUR 2 applies for every 7 hours of cooling at 25°C, using EUR 1 coins. This environmentally friendly system helps manage electricity use as part of Malta’s regulations and we appreciate your understanding.
