A spacious apartment that is newly built and modernly decorated to make your stay an enjoyable one. It being on third floor, you can find unobstructed country and side sea views of the famous saint Thomas Bay when in the living area, or on the spacious balcony. The promenade by the seafront is two minutes away and is also tempting for an early jog or relaxing stroll in the evening. This apartment, comprises a spacious combined kitchen, living and dining leading to a large balcony. It has 3 double bed rooms (having 2 double beds, and 2 single beds) and 2 bath rooms (one of which is an ensuite bathroom). Since bedrooms are spacious an additional sofa-bed is available in the twin bedroom, and one double sofa (found in the living room) can be turned into a very comfortable double bed. All bed rooms have an air conditioning system. The apartment consists of all the required kitchen ware, bed linen, towels and also has an oven, microwave, burners, fridge-freezer, water heater, air conditioning, fans and heaters. The balcony also has outside wooden furniture which provides for a very relaxing atmosphere when deciding to stay in the flat or when eating lunch outside.

I consider myself as a hard working person and enjoys helping others. I love the see and a lot of sports that are related to the sea, such as diving, snorkling, swimming and going on canoe rides. Moreover I love hiking in the countryside and and bike hikes.

The apartment is situated 4 minutes away from the famous sandy bay of Saint Thomas Bay in Marsascala. Being next to the beach one can enjoy unobstructed sea and country views, and making it very easy to have a swim in one of the safest beaches in Malta especially for kids. The apartment is situated 20 meters away from a modern grocery shop that is open from early morning till late at night. 2 bus stops are available both of which are few meters away (1 minute walk from the apartment) will make it easy for guests travelling in Public transport both to depart and also to arrive next to the apartment. On the other hand, a basement level garage can be used by guests having a rental car, avoiding the hassle to look for parking especially in weekends and in peak seasons. An elevator can be used from the basement level garage up to the apartment.
