The brand-new, second-floor apartment (please note, no elevator) comprises three bedrooms, one of which boasts an ensuite, and two meticulously maintained, well-equipped bathrooms. Cooking enthusiasts will delight in our fully-equipped kitchen, while those in need of connectivity can benefit from fast internet and WiFi access. To ensure your comfort, the master bedroom features air-conditioning for both cooling and heating, while fans are provided in the other bedrooms. For your entertainment, our spacious living area is furnished with a Smart TV, complete with Chromecast, TV channels, and integrated Netflix. With over 160m2 of living space, the apartment is ideally suited to families, groups of friends, or remote workers. Guests can avail of a convenient 24-hour self-check-in. Please note, our property is situated within a small block in a very residential area.
