Experience luxury living in the heart of Gozo with this stunning 3 bedroom, large terrace, and caldera hot tub. Situated on the fourth floor of a block of apartments served with a lift, Millennium Penthouse offers both seaviews and countryviews from its massive corner terrace. The huge and classic open-plan kitchen/living/dining area is full of natural light and fully equipped for home-cooking, with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, and utensils. The penthouse features three bedrooms, one with a double, another one with two single beds and another with a single bed. The main bedroom has an ensuite, and there is also a main bathroom. The penthouse is fully air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi and TV service. You also find a laundry room with a washing machine on the back terrace. The penthouse has been finished luxuriously with each item curated carefully. The highlight of this amazing accommodation is the terrace, fully decked with a heated Caldera Spas jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor dining, and sun beds, ideal for sunbathing during the day and al fresco dinners in the evening. Located in the quaint village of Ghajnsielem, it is minutes away from the beautiful village square and the Mgarr Marina. The square enjoys a variety of restaurants and bars. A bus stop is conveniently located a few meters away from the penthouse, and for those opting to rent a car, free parking is available along the street and neighbouring areas. Please note that in the price, the property includes basic utilities up to a certain amount. Any usage above this limit will incur an extra charge. Additionally, cleaning of the property prior to arrival and after is included in price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discretion to wash them as often as desired. Minimum stay for the penthouse is 3 days.
