THE RESIDENCE
The flat is located in a brand-new residence in a green setting offering a range of activities:

- A communal swimming pool of over 20m - Free access
- During the summer season, electricity demand sometimes exceeds the CEB's production capacity. To ensure that everyone has access to electricity, the CEB carries out temporary power cuts (load shedding) overnight without prior notice, which can last from 1 to 2 hours. The residence's generator, located near the apartment, starts up during power cuts to ensure everyone's comfort. However, it is noisy when in operation, especially at night, and can sometimes disturb sleep.

You are just a 2-minute walk from the beach, where you will have a view of the famous Coin de Mire just opposite, or a 10/12-minute walk from the long, magnificent beach of Mont Choisy, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports and a number of little ‘cahutes’ for refreshments.
