Découvrez un espace hors du temps dans notre appartement d'une chambre bien aménagé dans une communauté avec une plage privée. L'appartement se situe à moins de 50m mer et offre accès à pied à la plage privée, bain de mer, chaises longues et calme absolu. Idéal pour les couples en quête d'un lieu paisible, savourez les sons apaisants des vagues et l'exclusivité de la vie côtière. L'appartement est entièrement équipé avec cuisine, salle de bain, chambre et terrasse/varangue privative.

Neighbourhood information

Le studio se trouve dans une résidence privée de très haut standing avec une plage privée, chaises longues et accès direct à la mer. La résidence est sécurisée avec un gardien 24h/24. Depuis le logement il sera très facile d'aller découvrir l'ensemble de la côte Ouest, le sud sauvage (Le Morne 25 min) ou encore le centre et Chamarel. Port Louis est à environ 45 min de voiture, le nord (Grand Baie) à 1h. Le parking sur place est garantie dans la cour privée.
