Built in 2021, One Bay Residence is a brand new modern luxurious apartment, located in the heart of Pereybere and close to all amenities such as restaurants and cafes, pubs, pharmacy, hospital, shopping malls, nautical clubs, spas & wellness centres. A walk of only 350m will get you to one of the best beaches on the island (Pereybere Public Beach) and an even shorter walk of 200m will get you to Winner's supermarket. The Residence features a 20m long swimming pool, a large open decking area with sun loungers, bean bags and umbrellas to offer guests with a relaxing and comfortable experience. Situated on the first floor(with lift facilities) and facing the back of the complex, Apartment 12 offers our guests privacy and a noise free area for their stay. The Apartment offers free Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite), total of 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen including a 6 seater dining table, sofa, bean bags and a 55 inch flat screen TV. The balcony is equipped with a hanging bed for your comfort and a 4 seater table to enjoy your meals. For the safety of our guests, One Bay Residence is equipped with CCTV cameras, fire safety systems and a watchman.
