Welcome to Bayswater Villa! We are delighted to welcome you. Our villa is located just 5 minutes from the beaches of Tamarin and La Preneuse, and offers easy access to essential amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, banks, restaurants, wine shops, and the best spots for big-game fishing. The house is built on two floors and consists of three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning or fans, a living room, an American-style kitchen, a pool, and private parking. Upstairs, you will find: • The master bedroom, featuring a queen-size mattress with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony offering stunning views of the Tamarin Mountain. • Two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a standard double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children. On the ground floor, you will find: • A small utility room at the back equipped with a washing machine and dishware. • Guest toilets. • A fully equipped American-style kitchen, seamlessly connected to the dining room and living room. • The living area opens onto a veranda that leads to a private pool with decking, offering spaces to relax and dine outdoors. • The villa has a private entrance and parking for added privacy. Housekeeping Services: The service of a housekeeper for cleaning from Monday to Friday for one hour (excluding public holidays) is included in the rental, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. Island Exploration: To fully explore the beauty and culture of the island, we highly recommend renting a car. This will give you the freedom to discover hidden treasures and picturesque places at your own pace.

Rest re-assured, our villa is fully licensed by the Mauritius Tourism Authority, ensuring a safe stay. Self-catering Property: Please note that our villa is a self-catering accommodation. During your stay, you will be fully responsible for the property. Only guests specified at the time of booking are allowed to stay, and additional charges will apply for extra guests unless prior arrangements are made. The villa is located in a residential area on Black Rock Road in Tamarin, near our residence. Out of respect for our neighbours, we kindly ask that you refrain from organizing parties or noisy events. A full list of house rules will be provided at the villa for your reference.
