Property information

Located in Trou aux Biches, just a few steps from the sea, the Villa Grain de café will delight you. It includes, on the ground floor a large fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room. Its layout allows you to enjoy the swimming pool and its shaded terrace. An ensuite bedroom completes this first level with a view of the swimming pool. On the 1st floor, 1 ensuite bedroom with a large double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds for children or teenagers. Each room has its private terrace. There is also a lounge area with TV. The exterior offers you a very pretty kiosk, allowing you to enjoy the garden while having your meals. This villa is very close to the POPO supermarket, access to the sea is only 300 meters away as well as the bus stops.
