AFTER RECENT RENOVATION THE CONFIGURATION OF THE VILLA IS AS FOLLOWS The GROUNDFLOOR has one bedroom with a double bed,a sofa bed and a single bed in the living room which is quite spacious[4mx7m].This lodging is ideal for 1 couple +2 children IT IS EQUIPPED WITH IRCON.FRIDGE,STOVE,HAIRDRIER,WASHING MACHINE,MICROWAVE ETC APARTMENT WITH VIEW AND BALCONY IS ON The FIRST FLOOR HAVING ONE BEDROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED AND A SINGLE BED IN THE SITTING ROOM.LIKE THE GROUNDFLOOR IT ISENTIRELY FURNISHED AND ALSO WELL EQUIPPED HAVING AIRCON IN THE BEDROOM.
The villa is 4 mins walk to the nearby sandy beach. RESTAURANT THE SKIPPER[5 mins] and RESTAURANT HANGOUT GRILL AND BAR[2 mins walk] ,bus stops and shops nearby.
