Set in tropical gardens in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, the Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments, It is a 5-star rated, family-friendly hotel surrounded by tropical gardens in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, just steps away from the iconic Malecón, right on the beachfront, is located right on the beach. All rooms, decorated in a contemporary style, are spacious and bright, and feature a private balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV, as well as a minibar that is restocked daily. Some rooms offer ocean views and have whirlpool bathtubs. Some rooms have a private balcony. It features three heated swimming pools surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as a children's wading pool. There is also a kids' club, a giant chess board, and a wide range of activities throughout the day. Additionally, the hotel offers a gym and a business center. Please note that the following policy will go into effect once the Mexican National Weather Center issues a hurricane watch to the area of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta.

Anticipated Departures – Clients with early departures due to hurricane threat will receive a certificate for the remaining unused nights. Certificate is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Clients must re-book within 30 days.

No Shows – No show penalties will be waived up to 3 days after hurricane strikes.

Cancellations – There will be no penalties for all passengers scheduled to travel within 72 Hours or less before a hurricane strikes. Guests must cancel through the same channel they booked their trip.

This policy applies to individual travelers only. For group reservations, please contact your Groups Executive.
