Welcome to our Villa Neptuno Casita, our home away from home in the beach village of Cabo San Lucas. This welcome book is intended to help you get acquainted with the area and our home. We've downloaded our 10 years of area knowledge for you to enjoy! Favorite restaurants, golf courses, beaches, and more. Along with our area guide you'll also find everything you need to know about our home. From air conditioning to the pool. You will find a bound copy of this guide in the home, which you are welcome to take out with you during your stay so you needn't print this out. Your apartment We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Hair dryers and pool towels are provided as standard and a washing machine and dryer is available so that you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions. Our philosophy You want to have a wonderful holiday and we want that for you too. OVERVIEW OF THE AREA Villa Neptuno is located at the Cabo corridor Km 4 , just a few steps to Costco and next to Hotel los Patios. You can walk 1 mile to Medano beach thought the public access next to Hotel Riu Beach Public Access. Close by is Home Depot, near Walmart and Costco, distance to Cabo San Lucas Downtown 3 miles aprox. Blue Net Hospital is 1 mile , next to oxxo grocery store. Just in front Villa Neptuno you will find Asi y Asado Restaurant, Mercado Cielito grocery store and Smoothies. SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the Costco or Walmart and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food! , please try “Asi y Asado” taquitos, are delicious and walking distance from the Villa. You can always go to medano beach and go to the Arc in a glass boat.
