Similar to a hotel room, it does not have a balcony or street view, but its silence ensures a pleasant rest. This model is located on the 4th floor. OneBR Medium Around 50 m², this model includes a small balcony with an interior view. Situated on the second floor in a quiet area, it guarantees a comfortable stay. OneBR Big This room is 68 m² and has a balcony overlooking the main street. Located on the second floor, it suits guests who enjoy a lively atmosphere and street views. Note that there may be some street noise, but the space is bright and cheerful. Please be aware that we do not have a hot tub on the rooftop; instead, we offer a jacuzzi at ambient temperature, which the Booking application does not specify. If you're staying longer and wish to use the grill, please request it at least one day in advance. Daily cleaning incurs an extra charge, but I often offer complimentary services to enhance your experience during longer stays. This neighborhood has grown in a unique way, featuring a main avenue that connects key thoroughfares, as well as several shopping centers within walking distance. There are also numerous restaurants and cafés just two blocks away, making it a vibrant and safe area. We are situated in a developing zone with new spaces emerging, and we are very close to Mamita's Beach and 5th Avenue.
