Property information

Casa Moctezuma is an architectonic jewel, a space where the original architecture of the house -built in the early XX century- and a contemporary design come together harmoniously, creating a unique space in the heart of the historic and very save neighborhood of Coyoacán. Each of our rooms constitute a particular universe habited by objects and fine details chose with affection and good taste. Our rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, a small living and dining room, wi-fi, a small refrigerator and kitchen, a tableware set, and portable heating. Some of them has a microwave. We are located 16 kms (30 min aprox) from the International Airport Benito Juárez. Casa Moctezuma has some common spaces for our hosts: a big terrace, a lounge with comfortable chairs under the big Ash and the Medlar trees in the inner garden, a studio where you can find some of the books from the private library of the former owner, a cozy TV room with a nice sofa.

Neighbourhood information

Coyoacán is an adorable and very centric neighborhood. Close from our place there are two Metro stations (Viveros y Coyoacán/ Línea verde) and a lots of nice, cafes, theaters, bookstores, cultural centers, historic places, markets.
