Children 12 and under do not need pool pass!!!! Casa Talebi is a stylish vacation rental home situated in the beach section of El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico. This is one of the few homes with in-house WiFi Step in the front entrance and you are welcomed by the living room which exudes a modern-contemporary vibe.? The sofa and couch are all very comfortable.? A flat screen with with Dish TV connection as well as DVD player are all available for your entertainment. There are 3 big bedrooms.? Starting with the grandiose master bedroom - wakeup in the morning and pull back the curtains and you enjoy magnificent views of the 18-hole golf course, which, in case you are wondering, is the only golf course in San Felipe.? Discounted rates apply for Casa Talebi guests. The master bedroom features a mini-living-room section which has a couch plus flat screen TV hooked up with Dish TV.? And yes, master bedroom has a private bath - his and her sink, tub and shower are all included. Second bedroom has a queen bed to comfortably sleep two guests.? There are superb views.? Third bedroom has two bunk beds to ideal for sleeping 4 guests. The maximum accommodation of this property is 8 guests. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ASK IF NOT CLEAR - Maximum occupancy 10 guests. - This rental comes with 6 pool passes only! - If 10 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool. - Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass As seen in the pictures, the open floor design connects the living room to the kitchen. The kitchen is very spacious and has a kitchen island with bar stools. All essential appliances are included - microwave oven, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking range, etc. Casa Talebi is great for entertaining as this would not be complete without a BBQ grill.?
