We are Gordon and Linda Coker from Zihuatanejo, Mexico, the owners of Casita Linda. In our travels to tropical beach locations around the world we visited Zihuatanejo, Mexico 15 years ago, fell in love and decided to build our dream home - Casita Linda!! We're excited to host visitors to our town, pamper them and give them a vacation experience they want to return to year after year! Airport transportation can be arranged for your arrival and we can even have your favorite beer, wines, liquor, mixers and snacks waiting on your arrival. We have a manager onsite each day from 9 AM to 5 PM along with our cook and maid. Please note that we have a strict Check- in time that is 3:00 Pm to 6:00 Pm. We do not have someone on the property 24 hours a day. Our manager will meet you upon arrival and show you the property, give you instructions and keys.

The La Ropa neighborhood is the most luxurious tourist area in Zihuatanejo. Our neighbors are swank luxury hotels and there are over 15 restaurants within walking distance. Taxi's to the downtown area are cheap and only 5 minutes away. Ixtapa and its restaurants are a 15 minute drive. And of course the best beach in Zihuatanejo, Playa La Ropa, is one minute by taxi or an easy 5 minute stroll. Restaurant La Perla This is one of the popular spots on Playa La Ropa beach. They charge a small fee for two chairs a lounger, umbrella and a small table. You can order anything from sandwiches to seafood and they stock a full bar. It is a 5 minute walk from Casita Linda. Jungle pizza This place is right next door to Casita Linda. It is a 1 minute walk and they even deliver. They have great pizzas cooked in a wood fired oven are you can order a hamburger. Trattoria da Gianni Great Italian food. Across the street from the Oxxo store. 5 minute walk. You need to make reservations. LA GAVIOTA Restaurant-Bar Great food and great location right on the water. About a 12 minute walk from Casita Linda. OXXO Is a convenient store that is a 5 minute walk away. Restaurante Las Adelitas They are right across the street from Casita Linda. They have a variety of good food cooked on a charcoal fire. El Vigia Restaurante & Bar Very nice place with good variety to choose from. About a 7 minute walk from Casita Linda. El Manglar Is a 7 minute walk from Casita Linda. They are located along the lagoon by the beach and hae great food and interesting wild life. La Hija del Capitan / Bar La Playa Located in Centro, has a great choice of comfort food from home. Hamburgers, Wings,Ribs,Philly Cheese Sandwich, Chili Cheese Fries and much more. Their bar down below plays all the sports games. NBA, NFL,MLB and Hockey.
