Just 5 min walk from the San Miguel Arcangel Parroquia You will have everything to make you feel at home - WiFi, pool, BBQ area, common area with living room, and TV. It has a washer and dryer, a queen size bed, a well-equipped kitchen, parking for 1 car, and 24hrs security. Apartment with 2 bedrooms: 1 queen size bed and double sofa bed, 1 full bathroom, large closet, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room. Located in downtown San Miguel de Allende, with 24 hrs. security. Only 5 min from San Miguel Arcangel parish church. Plus: Swimming pool with lounge chairs in a beautiful garden and comfortable barbecue area. Covered and private parking for 1 car, a beautiful view of all of San Miguel, and personalized attention from the administrator for anything you need. We provide a free basic kit upon arrival: toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished and, if needed, guests will need to purchase them locally.
