This apartment is in perfect condition after Hurricane Otis. The property has all the services and the pool and garden operate normally. Beautiful ground-floor apartment with private patio and Jacuzzi facing the pool and gardens. Located on the main avenue of Acapulco Diamante, 7 minutes away from the Airport and 1.2 km from the beach. With 2 bedrooms and living room with mini-splits, 2 bathrooms, Bluetooth speakers in ceiling, folding desk in the living room with beautiful garden view, 200 MB WIFI, fully equipped and furnished kitchen. Adult and children's pools, 24/7 security, parking on foot, 5,000 m2 of green areas, and children's playsets in the garden. The green area and pools are very generous and always kept flawless, it also has an exclusive children's pool area, and the location is unbeatable: No stairs, at the foot of the pool, at the foot of the garage, and on the side of the exit MEX-ACA Diamante highway. Also located on the same main avenue where all the shopping centers, supermarkets, and restaurants are located.
