Built around a grand mango tree, the property features two pools and inviting communal spaces with a vibrant social vibe. Rooms are designed for comfort and privacy, so you can enjoy both community and quiet. Each level offers its own atmosphere: a shaded pool under the mango tree for cooling off, a mid-level hall as the social hub, and an upper pool with stunning ocean views.

Colonia Santa María sits next to Tamarindos and is one of the greenest areas in Zicatela, providing one of the few pockets of calm in the main beach. As a notable landmark you'll have Mercado Zicatela, where you’ll have quick access to fresh produce, local food, and daily essentials. Adjacent to the beach allows for ocean dips as part of your routine. Walking the shoreline, you can reach both Punta Zicatela and the Main Strip in about 15 minutes each, giving you the best of both worlds—laid-back surf vibes at Punta and the restaurants, bars, and nightlife of central Zicatela. Despite being right in the middle of it all, the property’s forested surroundings and mango tree canopy create a surprisingly tranquil atmosphere, offering a balance of convenience, culture, and nature.
