We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. - A well-equipped kitchen with the basics + a coffee maker to help get your day started! - Private balcony, Gated complex with a security guard & 1 designated parking spot - 2 blocks to Zona Centro (heart of downtown) & 4 blocks to the Malecón & shoreline - The gate remote control for this property is expensive and the replacement is hard to find, therefore, to replace it there will be a fee of 115 USD. Guests must climb stairs. Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a 56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in. Please note there’s ongoing construction happening nearby. You’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm. At the moment, there are neighbouring residents who own pets, so you might hear some barking during your stay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
