Just let us know! - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 300 USD fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a 5 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. - If you need a cot or pack an play, we can provide one for an extra fee previous notice given. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons. - If elevators go out of service for any reason, guests would need to climb stairs. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished. - For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.
