Upon check-in, all our guests are required to present a government-issued ID. Accompanying minors need to show a birth certificate or school ID with photo. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
The Ekinox bar is part of the all-inclusive plan and is open every day from 6:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and has a drink service and music. Only those over 18 years of age are allowed to enter.

The Hotel is a 100% smoke-free space.
The use of purified water dispensers is implemented in the hotel areas. Each room will be placed 1 container of water per person (over 12 years old), the use of plastic water bottles will be replaced.
