Welcome ~ Bienvenida ! My name is Jeffrey and I am a professional in commercial real estate and currently live in Colorado. I’m originally from San Francisco and Northern California. We are excited about sharing our condo and the wonderful area of Playa Sur and Huatulco. We have taken every effort to provide a clean and safe environment. We hope you have a relaxing stay and enjoy the gorgeous sunny days of southern Mexico. Here are the driving directions from Huatulco International Airport (HUX) to our Playa Sur Condo at 202 Monte Albán, 70987 Bahía de Santa Cruz, Huatulco, Mexico:

**If you are taking a Taxi to our proprty,  tell the Taxi driver that Playa Sur condo it is next door to Niru Beach Club. Our building is brand new construction so they may not be familier with Playa Sur Condo yet. You can also tell the driver we are in same Bldg. as Doña Celia Restaurant in Santa Cruz.** 1. Exit the Airport: Start by leaving Huatulco International Airport and head south on Carretera Federal 200 (also known as the Coastal Highway).

2. Turn Right onto Carretera 200: After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you’ll come to a junction. Turn right onto Carretera 200 towards Santa Cruz.

3. Continue on Carretera 200: Follow the road for about 7 kilometers. You will pass through some small towns and may see signage for Huatulco.

4. Take the Exit for Bahía de Santa Cruz: Look for the signs directing you toward Bahía de Santa Cruz and exit accordingly.

5. Follow Local Roads: Once you are in Bahía de Santa Cruz, take the road toward the beach area. You may need to navigate a few local streets.

6. Find Monte Albán: Look for Monte Albán Street, and head towards the address 202 Monte Albán. Playa Sur Condos will be located in that area, look for the Aqua Blue color metal wave on the front of the building.  (Remember to tell the Taxi driver that it is next door to Niru Beach Club and Doña Celia Restaurant.

7. 7. Arrive at Playa Sur Condo Bldg. and the Unit is # 202 on the 2nd floor.
