•••••••••BASIC HOUSE RULES These House Rules are considered part of our reservation agreement with all Habitat guests. Upon booking, guests agree to abide by ALL our house rules. We are a part of a tranquil apartment community and we practice considerate neighbourly conduct. • Please keep to the maximum number of guests allowed in your reservation. • No noise / parties / noisy gatherings • No music playing on speakers / amplifiers • Quiet Hours Policy 10PM - 7AM • Pork-free • No smoking indoors • Responsible drinking • Close Balcony doors at night & early mornings to prevent monkeys entering. • Please wash up after you use the kitchen facilities. • Bin your trash in the green trash bins provided at the carpark. • Park at yellow bays, parking at owner's red bays will result in a RM50 clamping fine. NOTE : Security deposit covers any noise disturbance offense / loss of linens, kitchen items & non-compliance to house rules. If there are no issues (usually there are not), the deposit will be refunded in full. RM25 will be charged per bath towel misused i.e as floor mats or to clean up dirt.•••••••••

It is also the most natural highlands with very little manmade structures yet surrounded by the tropical highland forest. Take in the sunny views in the day and enjoy the cool hill breeze by the night. •••••••••Refundable Deposit of RM200 will be collected via online transfer. This deposit will be refunded 24 hours after check-out if there are no incidental costs. •••••••••Please read our HOUSE RULES before making a reservation. Peace and tranquility is much appreciated and sought after in Fraser's Hill. Please be respectful of our 'Pork-free' and 'No noise' policy. Habitat cannot be used for parties or noisy gatherings. It is a place for rest, family gatherings and quiet reunions.•••••••••

••••••••• NOTE: NO WIFI and NO TV channels provided. Flat screen TV comes with HDMI cables so you can plug in your laptop. For USB connections, please save several movie formats as different TV plays different formats. Phone data will be sufficient for Whatsapp/Facebook & online video conferencing but its dependent on weather as well. :D ••••••••• SANITISATION: Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. Our cleaning staff has been provided with extra training to ensure that all surfaces, especially high touch surfaces such as door knobs, light switches have been sanitized before your stay. Guests are required to wear face masks at all times in the common ground outside of the apartments. Kindly note that guests with temperatures of more than 37.5ºC will not be allowed entry.•••••••••
