The double storey house is located at Jalan 1/27D Wangsa Maju, complete with Internet & modern amenities. This place is suitable for big family, intimate functions and get together. **Site visit is allowed with advance notice **The house can accommodate 12pax (adults and kids). Any extra than 12pax, will have additional charge of RM500 until 20pax maximum. *Commercial purpose (photoshoot, events etc) - RM800 surcharge per night A copy of your IC or Passport is required once the booking is confirmed along with the house rules agreement to be sign. For any other purpose than normal stay such photoshoot, events, commercial shooting etc, there is a surcharge of RM800 per night applies. We also collect RM1000 security deposit upon check in (by bank transfer preferably) and refundable upon 7-10 working days after check out upon full house inspection.

Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premise. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund.
