Things to take note of before booking: Dear guest, pls noted that a house security deposit of RM250.00 is required. The host charges this 1 day before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property within 24 hours. Here are some house rules: 1. No smoking 2. Pet is not allowed 3. BBQ is not allowed 4. Do not adjust the bed position 5. Do not use both induction cookers on the same switch plug socket to avoid plug melts in the socket. 6. Do not damage or take away any property belonging to this homestay. 7. Late check out (after 12noon) is chargeable. YOUR DEPOSIT MIGHT BE DEDUCTED regarding the house rule provided. After the house security deposit is transferred, the host will send the homestay location (Google map) and the check-in method to your WhatsApp. FYI, we are using a self-check-in system. You may collect the house key directly upon your arrival time. The house key is placed in a small safety lockbox (besides the main door). The host will send the lockbox passcode to the guest on that particular check-in date (before 3 pm).
