Our story begins with Ken and Vin sitting around a spare bedroom wondering what is the secret recipe to successful homestays. After several trips, it became quite obvious that is it the warm Malaysian hospitality delivered in an organized and consistent manner. That got us thinking. There are many beautiful units in Malaysia with the same potential, and all they needed was the same tender loving care that we had poured into our studio. Thus, Plush Services was born. We expanded rapidly mainly through word of mouth and recommendations from other property owners, and currently operate over 120 units in Kuala Lumpur. While we are now a much bigger team (37 people, and counting!), our focus on the founding principles of Plush remains constant. We strive to provide guests with an unforgettable stay with the same emphasis on warm Malaysian hospitality, quick attention to their needs. That’s why 80% of our guests give us a 9-10-star rating!

Perfect for vactions/staycations due to its facilities - a 3.38 acre greenscapes podium as well as high quality fitness facilities such as a 50m Olympic-length swimming pool, an Aqua Gym, poolside cabana, putting green and a private 1-km jogging track. *We would like to kindly inform you that there may be construction noise from the building next door during working hours. Important Information: Counter Check-In Process Starting December 1, 2024 Location: Plush Services South Tower High Park Sales Gallery Concierge Location: Our concierge is located on the Ground Floor, near the Sales Gallery of High Park. If you're unsure about where to go, simply ask the guard upon your arrival at High Park for directions to the Sales Gallery. Our space is directly next to it. Counter Check-In Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight) Please inform us of your expected arrival time so our team can be prepared for your check-in. Deposit Details: - Access Card Deposit: A cash deposit of RM50 will be collected for the access card. This will be refunded in cash upon the return of the card after check-out. - Damage Deposit: A RM200 damage deposit will be collected via bank transfer at least one day before your check-in date. This deposit will be returned to your account within 7 working days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred during your stay.

- Direct free shuttle bus to Paradigm mall and Kelana Jaya LRT station - GRAB rides are easily available, as well as GRAB food services - Just 11 km from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport and 25 minutes to Kuala Lumpur city centre - HighPark Suites is accessible via Jalan SS6/2 Kelana Jaya and well-connected to major highways such as LDP Highway, Federal Highway, Damansara/ Bangsar Sprint Highway, Ara Damansara/ Subang New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Jalan Klang Lama/ Mid Valley New Pantai Expressway (NPE).
