My place is a landed terrace house located in the Tanjung Aru area. It’s a two-storey detached home that comes with everything you need for a short trip or long stay. The house has three spacious master bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus one twin room that shares a common bathroom. You’ll find all the basic amenities here, including air-conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a fridge, satellite TV, towels, bed linens, dining table, toiletries, and a water dispenser. Our place is great for families, couples, business travellers, or groups of friends looking for a cozy stay, a beautiful sunset view, and strong internet. On top of that, you’ll get to enjoy local experiences during your visit — I’ll be happy to share personal recommendations, help with car rentals, tour packages, and even food catering.
Hi there! I’m Alex — I’ve been a Superhost a few times already and have been hosting for over eight years, welcoming more than a thousand guests from all over the world. Right now, I’m helping my parents run our family restaurant in Kota Kinabalu. Above the restaurant, on the 2nd floor, we started our first guesthouse.
