The one & only fountain private pool homestay in the region. The perfect place to spend your time to fully enjoy privacy & marvelous fun holiday. The villa is a perfect place for getaway trips for family gatherings, company retreats & meetings, and small events with serenity, peace, and privacy located in the thriving core area of Johor Bahru in Malaysia, Taman Majidee. Enjoy the convenience and urban facilities of JB town with only minutes of driving. There is a 4.5x6.5 meters Private Swimming Pool, stepped entry & varying depth of 1.2-1.4 meters. The villa offers spacious event space & BBQ Pit. The Villa is gated and very private, highly secured by 24-hour security guards. 5 bedrooms accommodate up to 25 guests. Air conditioning, Smart TV, TV Box, WIFI are provided. The fully-fitted kitchen offers a full range of cooking and food preparation equipment. With provided barbecue facilities, guests can enjoy their barbecue party at the outdoor terrace enjoying the windy weather. Toothbrush/toothpaste, towels, and shampoos are provided. Each toilet will provide one roll of toilet paper and each bin will covered with one garbage bag. Extra portion need to prepare by own selves. Events/party must be informed early and get approval from us. There will be additional event fee. Please check with us before booking.
