There are 2 good size bedrooms with own attached bathroom on the ground floor. Past guests have been happy to assign these 2 rooms to the more elderly in their group. These 2 rooms make it very convenient for the elderlies, as the rooms are located right next to the living space, dining area, and the kitchen. Strictly no parties or events or BBQs are allowed. This is a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood and it is important not to disturb our neighbours. Please do not proceed to book if you have plans to host parties or events. We'll be collecting a security deposit of RM 2,000 which will be due seven (7) days from your check-in date. This security deposit will be fully refundable within 48 hours from checkout on satisfactory condition of the house. For security purposes, there are CCTV cameras operating only in the external areas of the property. Strictly no additional guests in the house are allowed. The maximum at any one time are 14 people. We reserve the right to refuse entry or to cancel the booking for non-compliance. The airwell roof is not to be retracted for safety purposes. It is also to prevent rain from coming in accidentally if roof is left open whilst guests are out. Definitely no smoking in the house. We will charge extra cleaning fees for guests who smoke. Just light cooking is allowed the kitchen. Penang is an amazing food heaven, please do support the food scene. For bedrooms with wooden floors (3 such bedrooms), please do not wear outdoor shoes on these floors. We are grateful for your cooperation!

Start your day with a lovely cup of coffee in the architect designed kitchen and living areas. After a day of exploring the delights of Georgetown, settle down on the comfortable queen size bed for a well deserved rest. Relax in luxurious rain shower in your ensuite bathroom. You get full access to all common areas of the house, which will remain private to all your guests. You will have access to fast speed WiFi in the house. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen is very well equipped and please note that only light cooking is allowed. Penang is such a food heaven so please enjoy the food rather than your own meals! If you need to do light cooking or reheating, the facilities include pots, microwave, hob.

Payment is very convenient; ask us and we will pass you the link for the app for Georgetown parking. Please note that this property is in old Georgetown area and there is no private car park space. Getting around on foot is recommended for Georgetown. If you need to go further, then Grab is plentiful and cheap! You and your family will be staying in the heart of Georgetown Core Zone, a UNESCO world heritage site! Don't worry if you are driving! Most of our guests drive! We can arrange car parking for your cars about 5 minutes walk away. This is with a third party private car park. You will have access to the car park during your stay and will be able to drive in and out of the car park. The cost is about RM25 per night per car. As this is via third party arrangement we are not responsible for the security of the cars. Having said this, we have not heard or encountered any security issues with this car park, and we use this car park frequently ourselves.
