Welcome to this cozy studio in Pangkor Island! Perfect for families or groups of up to 4 guests, this spacious studio features 2 Queen beds and a prime Pool-view location. Enjoy quick access to the beach, local eateries, and shops, all within walking distance. Prime Location: - 2-minute walk to the beach. - 500 meters from seafood restaurants, Malay food stalls, supermarkets, and duty-free shops. - 5-minute drive from the ferry terminal. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach from the accommodation. There are many famous seafood restaurants, Malay food stalls, convenience stores and duty-free shops nearby. The location is very superior! *Need to climb 1 level of stairs. *Not Allowed to cook in the house. *Must wear swimsuit in pool ,shower before entering the pool. Followed swimming pool rules and regulations, violators subject to fine RM200. *This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.* *A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required* The deposit will be fully refunded if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.

House Rules, ➡ Keep the homestay clean and tidy ➡ Lower the volume after 11PM ➡ Check out before 12PM on time to avoid affecting the next guest itinerary! ➡ Cooking and Smoking are NOT Allowed in the house! ➡ Please pack the Wet rubbish into plastic and throw it into the big dustbin in front the entrance! ➡ No Foods and Drinks on the beds! ➡ If the number of people different from the booking, the extra will be charged RM50 per person!! ➡ Towels CANNOT be taken out of the room to the beach or pool. An additional cleaning fee of RM30/towel will be charged. ➡ House should be left in good and clean condition. ➡ Return all accessories to their rightful places before check-out. ➡ DO NOT bring raw seafood into the house. ➡ DO NOT rearrange our furniture. ➡ Please wash all your dishes after use. ➡ We have the right to claim additional cost from guest who have not followed the rules or destroy the contents of the house.
