Rumah Seraya is a newly refurbished chalet built with three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The front porch is equipped with a three-seater sofa where guests can enjoy the view of Pulau Kapas. The private property is situated near the beach where guests can enjoy activities, such as snorkelling, and jungle trekking. Guests may also opt to participate in activities prepared by “Marang Sunrise Guesthouse, like kayaking, and water sports.
