Our cool & comfortable villa is set in a peaceful & quiet location, just off the main road in Batu Ferringhi & only 5 minutes walk to sandy Shamrock Beach. It is a good place for business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The villa features 5-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms, living room and dining room with kitchen equipped. It offers free private parking and complimentary WiFi access. Located at a scenic hilltop , with partial seaview from the master bedroom from the villa to the beautiful and shimmering blue sea at Batu Ferringhi, the famous beach area of Penang. Shamrock Beach is 5 minutes walk down the hill. It is a luxury villa for the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays in Penang. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, electric kettle, stove, oven, microwave and fridge. The dining area with the dining table and breakfast table are big enough to serve the family. 5-bathrooms come with toiletries (body & hair shampoo, hand wash, bath & hand towels and toilet paper). Please bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste. ***NO BUS / MINI BUS allowed to park outside of the house or this residential area. if you come with bus, let us know, we will let you know where to park. You will have access to internet (WI-FI ). Private car porch for 2 cars and others can park in front of the house-on the street (Up to 4 to 6 cars). The villa provided big living, dining, kitchen, family area and 4 big bedrooms with 5 toilets and common space. The villa has a washing machine, iron board and hair dryer. Security Deposit RM300 will be collected before check in and return after check out before 5pm. No fully refund will be made if there is any damage to the unit, unexpected cleaning cost occurs or late checkout and etc ( Please refer to our house rules).
