Spacious apartment of 4 bedrooms 1 living room 1 kitchen & balcony fully furnished with 5 aircond units. Most common in-house facilities are available. Outdoor swimming pool is available and ready to use subject to rules and guides set by the management which guests will have to abide. Pool time is from 8.00 morning to 7.00 in the evening daily. Guests are expected to follow guides and rules set for the property and by the management office of the property and also for the use of the common facilities available for the property.
Damage deposit of RM160.00 will be collected on guests check in. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after guests have checked out or upon the guests check out whichever is the later. A fixed and non-returnable handling fee of RM10.00 for collection and refund of the deposit is to be deducted from the damage deposit.
