Our story begins with Ken and Vin sitting around a spare bedroom wondering what is the secret recipe to successful homestays. After several trips, it became quite obvious that is it the warm Malaysian hospitality delivered in an organized and consistent manner. That got us thinking. There are many beautiful units in Malaysia with the same potential, and all they needed was the same tender loving care that we had poured into our studio. Thus, Plush Services was born. We expanded rapidly mainly through word of mouth and recommendations from other property owners, and currently operate over 120 units in Kuala Lumpur. While we are now a much bigger team (37 people, and counting!), our focus on the founding principles of Plush remains constant. We strive to provide guests with an unforgettable stay with the same emphasis on warm Malaysian hospitality, quick attention to their needs. That’s why 80% of our guests give us a 9-10-star rating!
