Cosy and spacious, beach and island (Pulau Kapas) view. 2 minutes walking distance to the KTCC shopping mall and local restaurants. 1.5km (4 mins driving) to the well-known Payang Central Market; 9km away from Taman Tamadun Islam Jetty, Pulau Wan Man. Having the best beach view and the view of the first drawbridge in southeast asia from the apartment itself. Lastly, 2.8km (7 mins driving) to the Chinatown.
