Here, I not only offer quality accommodation experiences to our guests but also provide them with extensive travel information and insider tips on local attractions. Welcome to TROPICAL ELEGANCE! Since 2009, we have been operating our own homestay business, and it has been 14 years now. Throughout these years, we have continuously communicated with our guests, interacting with them as friends to better understand their needs. We have discovered that a truly enjoyable vacation should be a simple journey, free from hectic itineraries, where one can experience the local customs and culture firsthand and completely unwind. In order to provide our guests with a higher quality travel experience, we have chosen the heart of Kota Kinabalu city center as our vacation destination. The Shore CBD Kota Kinabalu, which will be completed in early 2023 and boasts a wide panoramic sea view, serves as an ideal location. Moreover, the famous attractions of Kota Kinabalu are all within a 15-minute walking distance, allowing you to indulge in sightseeing, listening, playing, strolling, shopping, and savoring local delicacies. We are dedicated to fulfilling your every need. The location of the building in the bustling city center makes the serene and peaceful environment quite rare. However, we understand that some guests may be sensitive to noise. To ensure your comfort and a good night's sleep, we have prepared earplugs for your use. We hope these earplugs can help you mitigate any noise that may affect your rest during your stay. (3) Check-out time is by 12:00 pm. Late check-out surcharge, RM 100 per room from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm; MYR 200 per room from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check out after 6:00 pm, an extra day's room rate shall be paid.
