Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 12PM (noon). 1. No alcohol and drugs on the premise. Owner will not be liable for any incidents resulting from drug posession or usage. 2. Smoking is not allowed within villa compound. Smoking is allowed at the designated areas only i.e. roadside in front of villa. Smoking is not allowed at the garden area and hall area. Failure to comply to this rule will cause security deposit to be forfeited. 3. Non halal food and alcoholic drinks are not allowed. 4. There are designated parking space for 8 cars at the premise. Should there be more parking space needed for additional guests, the guests may park by the visitor parking space in front of the villa. Warning will be issued if cars driven by guests or friends of guests are parked at neighbours parking spaces, and further action will taken if the warning is not respected. 5. Loud noises coming from the premise which subsequently disturbs the neighbours will be warned and further action will be taken if the warning is not respected. 6. Any broken items, furnitures or fittings as a result of negligence or irresponsibility from guest(s) or friends of guest(s) will be accounted for and cost items shall be born by respective guest(s). Failure to do so would result in further action. 7. No music can be played by the pool or yard area after 12 am. 8. We are not responsible for any theft of items or damages to any of guests property. 9. Safety and care of children at the common areas such as the pool and hall
