Hemingway Cottage established in year 2018 started with the first phase of building that consist of 8 units of rooms. In year 2024, we expand another 8 units in second building. Total 16 units. The rooms type consist of Double rooms, Triple rooms, Quad rooms. We are local Semporna residents. We have been staying in this land of ours for 4 generations since our grandfather generation to our children generation. With the gradual development of Semporna town especially tourism, we decided to develop family hotel business Hemingway Cottage on our land we have been staying. Not to forget our family roots, we named our holiday home as 'Hemingway Cottage' which is the author of the 'old man and the sea' Our mission is to serve our tourist and hotel occupants so as to feel at home, at ease, at peace with feeling of nearness to nature of sea, beach, forest and mountain. Hemingway Cottage is located 2.5KM from town. Guest could easily get a taxi service (grab, maxim) to the town. Nearby location, walking distance could easily find big supermarket, restaurant, laundry, tea lives, Mr DIY and etc. If you face any difficulties, do not hesitate to look for our receptionist for assistance.
