Property information

This beautiful beach house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep, 8 adults. The house is situated on Campismo Ninho beach housing estate in Ponta Malongane, a 7km drive north of Ponta Do Ouro and 2km south of Ponta Malongane dive camp. The house is comprised of 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. All beds are top quality and extra length. There are 3 bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned, beautifully furnished, fully equipped for self-catering, and serviced daily. There is a microwave, fridge, freezer, and all the crockery and cutlery required in the self-contained kitchen. The living area and 2 of the bedrooms open up onto a very spacious wooden deck overlooking the sea - with a built-in Megamaster Gas and Charcoal braai. There is a private wooden walkway that leads onto the beach. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage, only Rosa the housekeeper can use the machine. You are welcome to take washing powder with and ask Rosa to do your laundry washing for you. Please take note that the water can discolor/stain your clothes. The house has a TV and a DSTV decoder – no need to bring your own smart card. Campismo Ninho Estate has a communal swimming pool, there is a private wooden walkway that meanders down onto a stunning private beach. All you need to pack besides your holiday suitcase, is your food, toilet paper, drinking water, and beach towels (bath towels are provided). May we ask that our guests exercise extreme caution with regard to safety/fire risk. Our houses are wood - make sure fires are put out, gas is switched off and all appliances big and small to be switched off when not in use - including aircon. People often go to the beach and leave aircons on for hours with nobody in the house.
