Lira 1 is one of the apartments that is part of "Cabañas LoboLira", 9 cabins / apartments scattered on a lush hill located 150 meters from the beach of San Juan del Sur and 350 meters from the center of town . From the hill there is a wide view of the bay and hill. In the garden, between the (fruit) trees and bougainvilleas, there are 2 communal terraces to BBQ. All cabins and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, full bath and a spacious private deck or patio complete with hammocks. Most of the cabins / apartments have views of the bay and the lush garden. There is private parking, wifi (20mbps) and a night watchman. Available and suitable for both shorter and longer stays. The concierges (Fernando and his wife Rebeca) receive the guests when Jan-Luc, the owner, is not there. Fernando also takes care of the garden and maintenance of the cabins/apartments. There is a night watchman at night.

Cabañas Lobolira is located on a hill with beautiful views of the bay of San Juan del Sur. and is located in the middle of a small typical Nicaraguan neighborhood called Camilo Ortega, popularly called “La Planta”. The people in this neighborhood are friendly and always greet you with a big smile. They mainly live outside so sometimes voices, music, dogs and chickens can be heard loudly. It is a safe neighborhood both during the day and at night. Small grocery shops can be found within 50 meters of the property; the beach is only 150 meters away!
