The name of the property "Stay and Sleep" shows the concept and characteristics of the house. We set low price and provide necessary service and facilities for poeple who visit Leeuwarden on the short term from 1 night to 7 nights. The location of the house is convenient, it's near supermarkets (Jumbo, Poiesz), restaurants (Hana Japanese cuisin, Wannee western cuisin), parks (Rengers park, Prinsen tuin) and historic sites (Oldehove, Prinsenhof). If you travel with train or bus, you can walk from Leeuwarden station to the house without taking Taxi, it takes only 10 minutes on foot. The house has been renovated in 2024, the living room is with floor heating, you don't see any radiators on this floor, on the second floor there are 3 bed rooms - 2 single bed rooms and 1 double room. The house is located in a quiet street, you can have peaceful sleep during the night. As extra service we provide coffee and tea for all guests to use.
After traveling around the world myself, I decided to start my own hospitality business, luckily I got the chance to do so. Since I have traveled for years, I knew exactly what a person needs concerning finding a lodging place. My experience told me that most people travel to gain live experiences rather than staying in the place, it makes me thinking to have something that can provide guests basic needs yet also comfortable, convenient and affordable. With the concept in mind I started to renovated my old house and turned it into a proper lodging place in 2024, from July 2024 I started to receive guests, who are coming from all over the world, however my main market is focused on European market. As a private host I have been trying my best to fulfill all the requirements that needed to make a property outstanding, it’s not easy, cause people have different tastes for room decorations, different motives for travel, or even different ideas about price- value combinations, so it’s pretty challenging for me to satisfy all guests from every corner of the world. But one thing I can guarantee all of you is that I am running this business with my solid knowledge for hospitality and tourism (I have a master degree of Tourism Management), with my broad traveling experience and with my passion for entrepreneurship.
