My detached house is located in the cozy Breda, District Haagse Beemden, about 3.5 km from the city center, in a quiet street. The 2 single rooms are wonderful spaces, new, warm and attractively decorated. There is a room with a lovely 1 pers box spring, this is on the 1st floor and is approx 14 m2. Do you want more space and enjoy your night's sleep? Then there is also a luxury loft with a king-size box spring, this is about 30 m2 and is on the second floor. There are clothes hangers & storage options. A writing table offers space to work on, as well as tea & coffee making capabilities. There is heating for the winter and a fan for the summer. Wifi is available throughout the house and free of charge. The spacious luxury bathroom and toilets are shared with me and there are bathrobes. Smoking is allowed in the garden. The garden offers a panoramic view of farmlands. This spot is truly unique for Breda. So rural and yet so close to all facilities. It is wonderful to stay here, both in the summer and in the winter !!!If you come by bike, your bike can be parked in the locked garage. Your car can be parked for free at 10-20 mtr of my house.
My name is Anja Mol, my biggest hobby is traveling and meeting people. I worked at a travel agency for 15 years. Because of this I already have seen a lot of the world and the idea came up to get various nationalities to my house through room rental. I would be happy to help you with information about places of interest, interesting places and restaurants. My house is guarded by a darling dog and a sweet old cat. Hospitality is very important to me. I am in for a chat while enjoying a drink in the living room, but I also respect your privacy. You are welcome for a nice overnight stay needed for work, course, holiday or other special occasion. I will always receive you personally.
There are close to 2 shopping centers, the bus stop is a 5 min walk away. The distance to the A16 is 2 km. The airports of Rotterdam and Eindhoven are about 60 km away. Schiphol is one hour away. For nature lovers we have our beautiful Mastbos in Breda and our great city park Valkenberg, where often cozy things are organized. Breda is a vibrant city where there is always something to do. Stores abound and it has a super nice center with the most bars per m2 !! 😊
