Property information

It is a wooden house with all comforts. The House is located behind our garden between the green of the other gardens. The cottage has a screened terrace that can be closed with a door. It is very quiet and we like to keep it like that. Ofcourse children play with us and in other gardens, but the cottage is not suitable for young people who want to feast.

Neighbourhood information

There are beautiful cycling routes in the area. You can go to the Saturday market in Haarlem. Across from our House you can go through the dunes by bicycle. In 20 minutes you are in Amsterdam b train. But the sea is the most beautiful, especially in spring and autumn. In the summer it can be very busy. There are fun events on the beach in Zandvoort, the beach of Bloemendaal is trendy and worth a trip. The fixed beach bars often have the best kitchens but we can also recommend season bars or other restaurants in the area. With the exception of the annual circuitrun, we are hardly ever go to the circuit. But the sound is still great to hear. ➤ While the neighbourhood is usually quiet, we want to be transparent with you and provide a heads-up about a next door renovation project. They will keep in mind the summer season, so the renovation work is mostly happening between 9am-16pm. Please note, that there is a chance that there will be some noise disturbances. We believe in honesty and strive to set realistic expectations, ensuring your comfort remains a priority.
