Experience a wonderful stay in this completely renovated and brand new 2-room apartment on the farm between the meadows on the Amstel. The rooms are spacious, bright and stylishly furnished. Both rooms have their own bathroom and between the rooms there is a hall with a coffee station and a table with chairs. There is a small room with a microwave, 1-burner hob and sink. There is also a refrigerator, plates and cutlery so you can prepare a simple meal. Free coffee and tea is available. The beds are luxuriously made with clean and fresh linen. Parking is free on site. It is wonderfully peaceful in the middle of nature. Take advantage of the many walking and cycling routes in the area or visit Amsterdam, just a 20-minute drive away. Upon arrival, you can easily park the car at the entrance of the property. When you enter, go up the stairs. The rooms are located on the first floor. Good to know: - There is no public transport nearby. A car is recommended. - The house is suitable for 4 people. - The guesthouse consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a hall with coffee station and is completely private for you. Private entrance. - There is no living room. - There is a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink and 1-burner hob. There is a refrigerator, dining table, coffee and tea to make a simple meal. This is not a fully equipped kitchen for extensive cooking.

In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation you are surrounded by nature, while the bustling Amsterdam is less than half an hour away. *Shop* Just 25 minutes by bike you can enjoy endless shopping in the Stadshart, the most beautiful indoor shopping center in the Netherlands with more than 150 shops and restaurants. *Amsterdam forest* One of the most popular attractions in Amstelveen is the Amsterdamse Bos. The Amsterdam forest continues into Amsterdam, but is largely located in Amstelveen. It is no less than 4x(!) as big as Central Park in New York. This beautiful nature reserve offers numerous opportunities for walking, cycling and picnicking. There are several playgrounds for children and some nice swimming beaches where you can relax and enjoy the nice weather. *Museums* The Cobra Museum is an absolute must-see. The museum is dedicated to modern art and has an extensive collection of paintings and other works of art. There are regularly changing exhibitions, so there is always something new to discover. *Activities for families* Bowling center, cinema, Elsenhove play farm and Ballorig indoor playground. *Public transport* There is a bus stop 200 meters from the house. From Monday to Friday, the bus runs once an hour at fixed times. This bus will take you to the bus station in Amstelveen. From the bus station you can take a bus to the center of Amsterdam. In total, this journey will take you about 45 minutes. The bus runs from 06:30 to 19:00. The bus does run on Saturdays and Sundays, but only on request. You can easily download the app or call to reserve the bus for your stop. This is possible up to 14 days in advance! If you need a bus immediately, you can book it via the app and it will be there within 30 minutes. If you come back late, you can possibly order an UBER from Amstelveen bus station for the last part.
