Wake up with a smile while overlooking the New Lake, enjoy breakfast while feeding the ducks, walk through the crowded streets with a coffee to go, discover the canals by boat or dream away while riding your bike… The HouseBoats are really well located in nice parts of town. Close to nature; the Amstel River or the New Lake. Our latest (2025) addition is called HouseBoat the NEW LAKE. It is close to the Nieuwe Meer at the outskirts of town. Within a bike ride of ten minutes you will be in the center of Amsterdam with all its hustle and bustle.

HouseBoat the New Lake is located close to the New Lake (Nieuwe Meer) on the last spot overlooking the lake. Close to Sporthallen Zuid, Frans Otten Stadium , the Olympic Stadium and ofcourse: Amsterdam Forrest. On the Stadiumplein you can get small groceries and find nice eateries. From metrostop Amstelveenseweg (M51) it is about a 15min walk to paradise. You can find the boat at the end of Jetty 8. We are the last boat on your left.
