Property information

The Bergvliet villas listen to the names Birdie (4-person), Eagle (8-person) and Albatros (12-person). Whatever type you choose: comfort, quality and nature go hand in hand in the design of every home. A sustainable dream villa in the countryside, equipped with every comfort and luxury, but designed and built with respect for the environment. The character of the forest has been extended to the houses. The frequent use of sustainable wood gives the houses a warm and natural character. With the contemporary design the emphasis is on enjoyment. The great outdoors naturally forms part of this. Every interior item in the villas has been considered. From the large sleek dining table with oak top, to the rug and cutlery. Many tough materials such as wood and iron are used. The whole looks contemporary, not too trendy but timeless. The houses are light and at the same time very warm due to all natural materials. For example, all furniture made of wood is made by hand from sustainable wood. The comfortable box spring and private bathroom give each bedroom the appearance of a hotel suite. A luxury that you will not find in any holiday park.

Neighbourhood information

Golf course Landgoed Bergvliet has a unique driving range, a par 3 practice course and of course the 18-hole championship course. Designed by Michiel van der Vaart of Jol Golf Design. It is a combination of an inland link course and a forest course. A quick bite to eat, a nice drink, an intimate dinner à la carte or a barbecue with all the trimmings: it is all possible at Landgoed Bergvliet. Our pavilion with restaurant, grand café and spacious terraces on different sides is situated on the estate. Our hospitality team is well staffed with fourteen well-trained service staff and six chefs. Pure enjoyment of Brabant hospitality and Burgundian cosiness. At the gateway to Landgoed Bergvliet, Spa One has been built, one of the largest and best-equipped wellness resorts under the major rivers. Here guests can enjoy high-quality wellness facilities such as saunas, baths, beauty packages and a sunbathing lawn. Landgoed Bergvliet, for example, has everything you need for a day of golf and Burgundian enjoyment, a weekend, a week or a few days and relaxing in an oasis of tranquility.

It is allowed in almost all villas to bring a dog. No other type of pets is allowed. There is a maximum of 1 pet per villa.

When booking, you must clearly indicate in advance that you are bringing a dog, as this is not allowed in all villas.

Please note that guests will be charged 35 EUR per pet per stay and an additional pet cleaning fee of 35 EUR.

Breakfast is served in the Landgoed Bergvliet restaurant between 8:30 and 11:00, prior reservation is required.

For normal bookings, minimum age is 21.
