We expect the accommodation back after check-out in the same condition as you received it at check-in. For cleaning food and other personal mess, an additional minimum cleaning fee of EUR 100,00 will be calculated. The damage deposit needs to be received on the bank account of the property before the agreed check-in time.

Also for last minute bookings. A proof of payment alone will not be accepted. If the deposit payment is not received on the property's bank account at the original time of check-in, the guest agrees that the reservation will be considered a non-refundable no-show. Tourist tax and used mini bar products must been paid afterwards and is not included in the booking price.

For the general and communal facilities, areas and services such security, gas, water and electricity you pay a fixed fee of € 9.80 per day afterwards.

For the use of gas you pay afterwards € 2,00 per m3 for the gas you use. If this is not paid on location, this will be deducted from the deposit.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The property charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
